- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking dedicated Development Specialists to join our Early Intervention (EI) program.
Responsibilities:
Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home, in accordance with funding requirements, clinical best practices, and family collaboration Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocolsQualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Experience working infancy/early childhood Valid Massachusetts drivers license Master's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field a plus Bilingual in Portuguese, Arabic or Haitian Creole preferred. Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase.Schedule :
