Location Tewksbury, MA Salary Range:

(25%) Designs and develops comprehensive technical training programs for employees and customers. Customizes learning modules to meet the specific needs of different departments, customers and products. (25%) Leads technical training sessions, delivering content in an engaging, clear and structured manner. (25%) Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and performance metrics. Teaches trainees to measure their learning progress. (25%) What You Bring Experience in delivering complex technical content in a clear and effective manner to diverse audiences. Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills. Ability to translate technical information into accessible training technologies. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with customers and teams across the organization.
