Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Professional Development Trainer and Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, delivery, promotion, and reporting of professional development trainings. This position plays a key role in coordinating onsite and virtual trainings, preparing training materials, managing class schedules, supporting curriculum implementation, maintaining trainer records, and ensuring accurate state reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable speaking in front of groups, able to manage multiple deadlines, and willing to travel to trainings and conferences in different states. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to support both administrative and instructional aspects of professional development training. Key Responsibilities Schedule and conduct trainings both in-person and virtual. Build, manage, and maintain record-keeping for trainers and trainings. Assist with conference preparation, including materials, schedules, registration support, booth setup, and participant communication. Qualifications Experience in professional development, training coordination, early childhood education, adult education, administration, or a related field preferred. Comfortable conducting trainings and speaking in front of groups. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with records, reports, and documentation. Experience with scheduling, data entry, reporting systems, or learning management systems preferred. Willingness and ability to travel to different states for onsite trainings and conferences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and able to represent the organization positively. Preferred Skills Fluent in Spanish.

$52,000.00 per year
