Position:
The Training Coordinator enhances the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that boost employee knowledge and performance in alliance with company's core values. Personnel is responsible for performing training assessments, auditing training files, assisting with the design and delivery of curriculum, and the creation of development plans to ensure employees complete and document training within a designated timeline.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent training experience In-depth understanding of a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry environment. Demonstrated experience developing delivering, and assessing classroom, computer-based, and competency based functional training utilizing adult learning principles.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with document management or a Learning Management System; previous GMP environment experience. Demonstrated experience with the ADDIE model, or similar training development model. Abreast on current industry standards and regulations for sterile filling and finishing operations. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Aid Training Specialist to include coaching, critiquing, and motivating Partner with Training Team, Subject Matter Experts and area trainers/leaders to develop and maintain training content, material tools (curricula, OTJ's assessments, trainer guides, evaluations, etc.) Manage training content, proficiency tests, and relevant documents in the Training Management System. Develop and revise training documents, materials & curricula in partnership with area management and site training department. Deliver small or large classroom trainings. Partner with area trainers and training team members to implement training system improvement and other change initiatives. Identify and lead projects to improve the training program.
