POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Training Instructor will deliver technical training programs to customers, distributors, and company personnel. This role ensures a top-tier learning experience and provides hands-on technical guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, and employees. Teach curriculum, incorporating:a. PowerPoint presentations with clear objectives and tasksb. Detailed instructor outlines and student handoutsc. Objective-based exercises, including pre- and post-testsd. Hands-on learning with simulators or machine tools Report discrepancies between products and documentation to the appropriate departments. Suggest enhancements to improve the training curriculum. Prepare and maintain classrooms, simulators, laboratory equipment, and office areas to ensure a top-tier training experience for students. Provide constructive feedback to enhance employee culture and customer satisfaction. Support customers and internal teams by addressing technical questions and recommending effective solutions. Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related technical field (Bachelor's preferred).
Experience:
1-2 years in technical instruction or production automation.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in troubleshooting, electrical and mechanical systems, and reading schematics.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
Software:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training tools.
Travel & Scheduling:
Up to 25% travel with flexibility for overtime and varying factory environments.
