X Facebook Pinterest Copy Link WhatsApp Email Share Share this job Facebook X LinkedIn Email NET Vehicle Trainer (14614) Sterling Heights, MI Apply for this job NET Trainier  This position will focus in our Training Development Area and seeking candidates that are interested in continuing to train and learn in the Armored Ground Vehicles function. If you are an Abrams or Bradley Master Gunner we would love to hear from you. This position will be located at our Sterling Heights, Michigan complex and will be 100% in person. Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role Develop training material according to Government regulations and contracts. Maintains Instructor Certification for military platform training. Performs training requirements of newly designed military vehicles. Conducts platform instruction for Soldiers, Marines and New Equipment Training (NET) Personnel. Capable of data entry for the Army Training Doctrine Database (TDC). Update Program of Instruction (POI) material for Trainers and Military School Instructors. Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Personnel should be familiar with DA Pam 350-70, training and training development including supporting pamphlets. Qualifications Sought 8-12 years minimum of related experience supporting military operations desired Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience through military service as an Abrams or Bradley Master Gunner. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Experience as an instructor in a formal school setting (Abrams or Bradley preferred or Military Ground Vehicle training experience) Demonstrated ability to work independently Mind-set to work collaboratively in a team environment for program success Proven skills in the development of technical documents and oral communication Strong technical writing and presentation skills sought.
