12 months, possible extension No visa sponsorship available We're hiring an Instructor II - Marketing to support a Training Center in Eagan, MN . This role is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture equipment, field service, or technical training who enjoy engaging with learners and delivering hands-on instruction. What You'll Do Deliver instructor-led classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual training to dealers and internal teams Adapt training content to improve diagnostics, optimization, and product knowledge Set up, execute, and tear down training environments (lab/field/classroom) Present using PowerPoint and lead hands-on activities (e.g., diagnosing machine issues) Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update training materials Monitor training effectiveness (e.g., NPS feedback) Build relationships with dealers and field teams to support training initiatives Required Skills & Experience Experience in training, instruction, or learning & development Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology Experience as a Field Service Technician, Agronomist, or Service Manager Background working with dealerships or distribution networks Exposure to engineering/manufacturing environments Education Bachelor's degree (Education, Agriculture, Ag Business, Ag Communications, etc.) or equivalent experience ?
