• Responsibilities for a Training Coordinator include but are not limited to
• : + Coordinate Medical Education programs (in-person, virtual, live events) including logistics, registration, and scheduling + Manage event planning details such as travel coordination, hotel accommodations, and customer communication
• Track and maintain compliance documentation (contracts, HCP spend reporting, vendor payments) + Support training equipment management and attend events to ensure seamless execution and troubleshoot issues
• Candidates for Training Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + Bachelor's degree + 4+ years of experience in training coordination, event management, or program management.

+ Strong project management, organizational, and expense tracking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities + Experience in medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments preferred + Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships with physicians and cross-functional teams.
