This is not an entry level leadership opportunity. We provide complete training and development for every new Sales Representative we hire. However, this position is reserved for someone who already understands roofing sales, insurance restoration, field inspections, and most importantly, how to teach and develop others. We are looking for a leader who can jump in immediately during the middle of the season, help support active sales teams, and contribute to company growth right away. What You'll Be Doing Leading and mentoring Junior Sales Representatives Conducting ride alongs and field training Teaching canvassing techniques and neighborhood prospecting Assisting with inspections and customer appointments Supporting both retail and insurance restoration projects Helping newer representatives develop confidence and consistency Working alongside canvassing teams to improve performance and results Maintaining their production while leading others Helping create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service Required Experience Roofing sales experience is required Experience training or mentoring sales representatives is required Experience teaching canvassing and lead generation is required Strong understanding of insurance restoration sales preferred Ability to inspect roofs and exterior projects confidently Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lead from the front and set the example in the field What Crown Exteriors Provides W2 employment Fully paid health insurance premiums CRM and technology systems Marketing support Inspection tools and resources Company apparel and safety equipment Financing options for homeowners Ongoing leadership development Administrative and operational support Opportunities for future advancement as the company expands Who Will Thrive In This Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others succeed.
