Training Process Support Specialist Location:
Plymouth, Minnesota (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in supporting and delivering virtual training initiatives within a technical environment. Our team values the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly instruction that strengthens the skills and effectiveness of participants.
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual training sessions, including foundational and advanced software functionality, utilizing hands-on exercises, labs, and real-world scenarios. Develop, maintain, and update training materials such as presentations, lab guides, exercises, and job aids. Assess learner understanding during sessions, adjusting delivery methods to accommodate varying skill levels and facilitate practical application. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content aligns with current functionality and best practices, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (required); Engineering degree preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with a strong background in adult learning, instructional design, training, or workforce education. Previous experience in customer enablement, training delivery, or equivalent roles. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to teach technical concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to develop and maintain training readiness, including lab environments, datasets, and training configurations.
