Job Description

The sales trainer will support the Hospital Division with additional support for commercial and international sales team. Responsible for developing and deploying sales training through various methods utilizing a strong understanding of adult learning styles and current sales methodologies and market dynamics. Travels regularly with sales team members to assess and enhance capability and effectiveness of assigned sales division. This position is not eligible for sponsorship/we will not sponsor or transfer a visa for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic

F1 STEM OPT
extension program. 2-year commitment to the role required. Bachelor's and four years of sales experience or sales training.
Additional Qualifications:
Master's degree in business is preferred. Health care industry experience is preferred. Must possess knowledge in training methods, training management, performance management, motivation, coaching, mentoring, and adult learning styles. Excellent organizational skills along with solid communication and presentation abilities are required. Must adhere to Mayo Clinic and MCL policies and procedures. Ability to function and work in a diverse work environment while training MCL sales process and providing direction to field sales and management staff in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner. Keeps a positive and courteous tone, particularly in adversarial discussions. Keeps abreast of regulatory issues, reimbursement issues, and service requirements. Up to 80% travel is required.
License or Certification:
Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, along with the ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation.
