WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll work directly with homeowners, helping them navigate important repair decisions. This is a client-facing sales role where you will: Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior damage Explain the insurance claims process in a clear, straightforward way Recommend solutions and secure project agreements Participate in weekly coaching and skill development sessions Each interaction builds your confidence, skill set, and income potential.
