Trainer Sales Associate

HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio in Nixa, MO is looking for fun, outgoing and motivated Trainer Sales Associates. Our ideal candidates have previous sales experience and an interest in helping others feel and look their very best. High achievers can benefit from our rewarding performance-based commission and bonus structure, in addition to base pay. Those who join the HOTWORX team should expect success in: Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals Working as a team player to help grow the membership base of the studio through marketing promotions, lead generation/prospecting tasks, sales, on-boarding of new members and superior customer service for member retention Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events Building product knowledge for self and clients to increase product sales and brand loyalty Performing cleaning and equipment maintenance tasks with positivity and attention to detail Assuring consistent and exceptional studio appearance and customer experience Exuding an outgoing, warm and approachable yet professional demeanor at all times Our ideal candidates will hold the following qualifications: Availability to work at least 15 hours a week (including nights and Saturdays) Avaliable to work flexible shifts in our Nixa studio Previous sales/customer service experience or similar role Strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best Enjoy the benefits and motivation of rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses Personally lead and project a healthy lifestyle Have a personal passion for fitness/wellness and supporting others Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner High school degree; BS degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field would be a plus, also anyone involved in the exercise science program would be an asset Social Media competency We provide paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
