Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. In collaboration with the Training Manager, subject matter expert and leadership, develop TG University and location-based training strategies and methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance Support the design and development of training programs Coordinate facilitate and lead employee and leadership development programs home and potentially various TG locations Create, maintain and update training procedure manuals, guides and course material Identify and assess training needs of staff through discussions with leadership/team members and surveys Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur Develop methods for and evaluate training program effectiveness and impacts (evaluation, survey, audits) Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is crucial to organizational success Provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work Basic administration, such as keeping team member registers and attendance records during training Work with LMS Specialist to build or input information in theLMS:
courses, offerings, rosters, etc. Mentor, audit and provide feedback to instructors and on-site experts Attend and contribute to training sessions (future internal, external sessions) Maintain awareness and understand the roles and responsibilities regarding the environmental policies, management system, and objectives and targets by attending the required training. Perform all tasks in accordance with the EMS procedures and practices and minimize the impact of their activities on the environment Evaluate training results and efforts to improve Run report or create dashboards to show the resultsQUALIFICATIONS

Five+ years of experience in training and/or development, manufacturing environment preferred Proven ability to manage the full cycle of a project - needs assessment, design and delivery of training programs Ability to influence change in professional and manufacturing environments through "engaging" instruction Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is required Effective analytical and problem solving skills are required Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites 2007 or newer is required Ability to consistently meet deadlines Superior verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills with all staff and management are required Fluent in primary language at TG location Effective attention to detail, and organizational skills is required EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferredCOMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people from management to production team member to skilled maintenance. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Clear, concise written and verbal skills and problem solving skills required. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of team members.TECHNICAL SKILLS
Computer proficiency with MS Office products, particularly ExcelMATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division is necessary. The ability to express numbers as a decimal, convert numbers into percentages and from percentages to whole numbers, ability to express numbers as a fraction and perform basic math operations using positive and negative numbers and as ratios or averages.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
