Part-time Position Description:
(primary functions) The trainer pool positions consists of electrical, HVAC, construction, machining, industrial maintenance and diesel maintenance. These are part-time, as needed hourly positions. Time and dates for the classes are flexible.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate Degree in Electrical, HVAC, Construction, Machinery, Industrial, or Diesel Maintenance Certification or License and experience may replace a degree in some trades Three to ten plus years of hands-on experience Ability to explain complex processes clearly, demonstrate practical skills, and assess trainee performance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct short-term training classes Ensure proper safety requirements are taught and supervise all training experience Maintain required paperwork of class attendance and progress Submit monthly timesheets Evaluate student progress Assist in the selection and procurement of instructional supplies and equipment Assist in the recruitment of students .
