In this pivotal role, you will drive the organization's growth by securing funding through compelling proposals, managing complex contracts, and developing innovative programs that align with our mission. Your expertise in research, technical writing, and financial reporting will ensure our projects are well-funded, impactful, and sustainable. Responsibilities Lead the development and writing of comprehensive grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funder guidelines and organizational priorities. Manage all aspects of contract management, including review, negotiation, compliance monitoring, and renewal processes. Conduct thorough research to identify new funding opportunities across government agencies, private foundations, and corporate donors. Collaborate with program teams to design innovative initiatives that meet strategic objectives and demonstrate measurable impact. Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability for funded projects. Edit and proofread all proposal documents, reports, and technical materials to uphold high standards of clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements Proven experience in grant proposal writing, including successful track records securing diverse funding sources. Strong understanding of contracts management processes and contract lifecycle oversight. Work well with Canva and creating flyers Exceptional research skills to identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals. Work well with the LGBTQ+ community Excellent writing skills with a focus on technical writing, editing, proofreading, and financial report preparation. Demonstrated ability in program development and strategic planning to create impactful initiatives. Solid budgeting skills to develop accurate financial plans for proposals and programs.
