Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Banking Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and/or managerial experience, with a passion for training and developing retail banking staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail banking staff. Conduct training sessions on banking products, services, and customer service best practices. Assess training needs and create customized training materials. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail banking staff. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training content is current and relevant. Collaborate with management to identify training opportunities and improve performance.

Qualifications:

Proven managerial experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking. Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
