Job Description:
Technical Training Specialist III We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist III to design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions that support operational readiness, system adoption, and overall business performance. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and stakeholders to translate technical and operational content into effective learning experiences for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate has experience developing instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs using ADDIE methodology and is comfortable facilitating training across multiple locations and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual learning sessions, and eLearning content Apply ADDIE methodology to support all phases of the training development lifecycle Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to gather technical content and build structured learning curricula Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees across operational and technical environments Support training initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and deployment Update and maintain training materials to reflect system, process, or operational changes Develop training documentation, job aids, presentations, and learner support materials Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Support organizational change initiatives related to system implementations and business process updates Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training solutions align with business goals and operational needs
Required Qualifications:
Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs Strong working knowledge of ADDIE instructional design methodology Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting technical, operational, or systems-based training environments Experience supporting system implementations, process improvements, or organizational change initiatives Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies such as Kirkpatrick Experience creating learner engagement and performance measurement strategies
Tools & Technologies:
Articulate Storyline Articulate Rise Camtasia Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) Microsoft Teams Point Power BI (preferred)
Additional Details:
Travel required up to 25% for regional training delivery Candidate can be located in: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida
