Pay:
$50.00 - $58.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Description:
Demonstrates expertise in a wide range of training products and services that support Division and Team goals. Serves as an internal expert in a discipline-specific/task-based area. Provides advanced expertise and innovation in the research, design, analysis, and administration of assigned function(s) to support the achievement of business objectives of assigned customer area(s). Serves as project leader for complex training projects in accordance with Division Business processes. Designs and administers training products and services for assigned projects to enable achievement of Company and business unit goals and support compliance with customer training needs. Remains abreast of current and emerging training practices, trends and methods and ensures their application as appropriate. Attends industry and company-sponsored seminars and conferences; exchanges information with governmental, academic, and training professionals; research appropriate journals and periodicals. OPS training requiring. SRO or RO certified training. Top 3 Responsibilities Responsible for knowing and executing the ADDIE methodology.
Systems/Tools will they use daily:
Camtasia, Storyline, Photoshop, Vyond, Rise, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, PowerBI, Adobe Audition, Teams, SnagIT, OneNote, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Chapman's Alliance, Word Must have skills, experience or certifications: Experience in developing and developing instructor led, virtual, and eLearning's. Minimum Education Bachelor's Soft Skills Good communication skills (both written and oral) Active listening skills Adaptability Analytical thinker Strong leadership skills Change management Technical skills Must demonstrate flexibility in revising/updating training materials, when system changes may be required immediately prior to or following system implementation. Travel Requirements Will travel to different Operations Centers and/or flights to different Regions may be possible depending on the training that is being worked on. Our client has offices in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. CW will drive their own vehicle. This could include rental vehicles due to traveling.
