Working under general supervision, this role oversees training programs that teach staff the technical skills required to utilize the organization's patient care systems.
Essential Job Function:
Maintains training program materials and updates them regularly to ensure programs are equipped with accurate teaching tools that reflect new software releases. Implements training programs for all relevant CHL applications, including teaching classrooms and scheduling lessons. Assesses employees following CHL training programs to verify their learning and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. Maintains extensive knowledge on the CHL CADENCE/PRELUCE and PB applications as well as general healthcare operations relating to billing and reimbursement. Reviews the library of training materials and identifies any CHL applications which do not have adequate training materials. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree.
Experience:
Required:
3 years of related experience.
Preferred:
Experience in Medical Office Access Administration, and Professional Fee Billing.
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
Required:
Satisfactorily completes a Credentialed Trainer Course in the first 6 months that will include the functional application that they will teach.
