ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THIS BRANCH TRAINER JOB?
As a new Branch Trainer at Mountain Credit Union, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs tailored for new tellers, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to serve our members effectively. You'll conduct hands-on training sessions, utilizing Symitar, and offer ongoing support and feedback to enhance employees' performance. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to establish a consistent training rhythm. Each day, you'll collaborate with branch management and others to assess training needs and refine curriculum content. Additionally, you'll monitor the progress of trainees, facilitating open communication to address any challenges they may encounter, while embodying our core values of integrity and problem-solving. Lastly, strong one-on-one training abilities are essential for providing personalized support to individuals in the branch office, helping them overcome challenges and grow in their roles. Successful communication, patience, and adaptability will further enhance your effectiveness in this position.
