JG2 PCP4 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Identification of training needs, development and preparation of content and materials. 2. Conduct one-on-one, group and on-the-job training as necessary to ensure training needs are being met for all associates. 3. Develop and conduct assessments of learning to verify transfer of knowledge and training effectiveness. 4. Identify and fulfill training needs to improve associate performance. Assist with new hire orientation, identify and communicate process capabilities, mentor on-the-job trainers and facilitate effective communication among associates involved in training activities. 5. Serve as technical expert of operation for the training area. 6. Provide feedback to supervisors on training-related issues. 7. Support development and implementation of standardized training and work processes. 8. Work flexible hours covering all shifts in order to fulfill training needs. 9. Support maintenance of the Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management system, including but not limited to: assigning curricula, giving credit for training completed, running reports, unlocking accounts, etc. 10. Maintain integrity of associate training records and retention systems. 11. Support customer, internal and regulatory audits with documentation requests as needed. 12. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
DELIVERABLES
Associates promptly trained and qualified for their assigned position(s). Individual and plant-wide training delivered meeting regulatory and organizational requirements. Effective training applying accepted methods and measurement. Training record retention meeting regulatory and organizational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 1.
Minimum Education:
This position has the following educational requirements: Required Preferred Field(s) of Study H.S, Diploma/GED Associates Degree Post-high school technical training, Associates degree or college level education preferred BA/BS Degree Graduate Degree 2.
Minimum Experience:
Two years training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Two years working in the specific manufacturing process/area required. Previous mechanical experience required. 3. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities (KSA's): Basic or Simple KSA Proficient/ Working KSA Advanced or Specialized KSA Microsoft Office Suite Oral and written communication skills Knowledge of BDM, PS Columbus quality system Knowledge of BDM, PS Columbus manufacturing processes Manufacturing training design and instruction Record systems management Organizational Skills / Handling multiple priorities & deadlines\ At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
