Job description We are looking for an excellent Network Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. A network trainer is an experienced educator. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of our personnel. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement on-boarding and training plans for new employees Ensure compliance with all workplace regulations and policies Assist management in developing and maintaining a high-performance team Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge Assist with the implementation of job-related processes and procedures Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Design effective training programs Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual sessions Prepare educational material Support and mentor new employees Keep attendance and other records Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Monitor employee performance and response to training Skills Proven experience as a network trainer Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills Organizational and time management abilities Critical thinking and decision-making Benefits Include Flexible schedule Paid time off Monday to Friday Schedule Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 17 years or older
