Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the Easterseals NH & VT team! This is a fantastic opportunity to support and elevate professional development across our organization. From coordinating trainings to supporting learners and facilitators, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, engaging learning experience for both internal staff and external audiences.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as primary administrator of agency
Learning Management System:
Establish and maintain procedures and norms for LMS use, Maintain course library, Liaise with Information Technology department specialists to maintain LMS setup, data integrity and necessary updates, Create and integrate content for agency-wide training needs and Create and maintain LMS functions that support and monitor compliance with agency-wide training requirements Ensure that all instructional content meets agency standards Track and create reports on outcomes of all training Train new instructors to use learning management and content creation platforms. Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation. Support programs to monitor employee training participation and compliance with training requirements. Serve as point of contact for external training vendors. Schedule meetings, manage communications and provide general administrative support for all agency-wide training initiatives. Deliver trainings to cross-agency audiences in specialty areas, including orientation for newly hired employees. Supervise volunteers and other team support staff, including Data Entry Specialist.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree Five (5) years of experience in office management or program coordination Supervisory experience preferred Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with online content delivery platforms Excellent written and oral communication skills with focus on attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent upon experience and education.
Hours:
This is a full-time position. What's in it for you?
