For more information, visit www.iconectiv.com and follow us on LinkedIn. iconectiv is seeking a Training & Development specialist who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of learning solutions, owning everything from curriculum management and LMS operations to scalable content development that supports both product users and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Own and continuously improve learning solutions by leading course lifecycle management, LMS operations, and scalable content development and deployment. Operate with minimal supervision, proactively manage stakeholder alignment, and drive measurable improvements in training quality, availability, and user experience Own product User course curriculum: Review, update, and deploy product user courses in step with software releases; maintain content accuracy and version control Oversee 3rd party LMS operations end‑to‑end: Partner with vendors to keep the Training Portal (User facing LMS) operational; monitor availability and resolve issues to protect the learner experience. Administer Percipio at a company level: Build/edit content, package and upload SCORM files, deploy and schedule assignments, and maintain admin governance Lead SME-driven course development: Facilitate knowledge transfer course creation with SMEs; convert experience, knowledge and skills into learning assets and deploy through Percipio Build scalable custom learning: Create and maintain training for processes, tools, applications, and Business Continuity Plan courses—designed for reuse and easy updates Manage survey application: Administer annual external User surveys and targeted internal surveys (e.g., town halls) with disciplined distribution, tracking, and reporting

Requirements:

5+ years of Training & Development experience Strong LMS administration capability and experience; Skillsoft/Percipio experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience across the full Instructional System Design lifecycle, including content updates and end‑to‑end production (narration, assessments/quizzes, all supporting docs) Proficiency with MS Office (esp. PowerPoint), Adobe tools (esp. Captivate), and web‑based applications Ability to partner with technical SMEs to facilitate building and maintaining custom learning solutions Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables and deadlines; strong written/spoken English; collaborative and self-directed US Citizenship required

Additional Desired Skills:

Knowledge of telecommunications industry quality and security standards Familiarity with learning and development trends and best practices Experience writing or editing technical documentation •Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person At iconectiv, we expect to pay between $75k- $108kfor this role. This role is eligible for variable pay (bonus). The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, skills, abilities and geographic region.
