Job Description

Key Responsibilities Deliver basic operational training (SOPs, safety, scanning, loading, delivery) Conduct onboarding training for new hiresSupport daily training sessions at assigned terminal(s) Assist in maintaining training records and attendance logsObserve operations and provide basic coaching feedbackSupport peak season training deploymentRequired Qualifications1-2 years of experience in terminal, warehouse, or last-mile operationsFamiliarity with basic SOPs and delivery Good communication skills (bilingual preferred if applicable)Willing to work on-site and flexible schedules Up to 50% travel is required, depending on business needs

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
