Morristown, NJ (Hybrid 3 days from Office)

Support:

Provide expert support for Kronos Dimensions Time & Attendance module. Hands on experience designing, developing, configuring and maintaining pay rules, schedules, leave profiles, accrual profiles, employee groups, time clock profiles, security access, and other module functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time & Attendance module. Understanding, updating and maintaining the CRT tables. Analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to technical teams when necessary. Stay informed of the latest Kronos Dimensions updates and best practices.

Development:

Develop and implement new features and enhancements for the Time & Attendance module. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize development needs. Design, develop, and test new functionality. Write clean and maintainable code. Document code and development processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Kronos Dimensions Time & Attendance module. Strong understanding of time & attendance concepts and best practices. Proven experience in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SQL and other scripting languages is a plus.
