Full-Time Position Summary The Senior Franchise Training Analyst leads franchise onboarding, training, and operational readiness initiatives across the Northeast region. This role ensures franchise partners and store teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and operational capabilities necessary to successfully launch, operate, and grow high-performing locations. Serving as a key partner to franchise owners throughout the onboarding and opening process, the Senior Franchise Training Analyst delivers training, coaching, and operational support to drive consistency, compliance, and business performance. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support franchise growth while upholding brand standards, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead franchise onboarding and training programs from contract signing through grand opening. Design and deliver training materials and learning programs covering operations, brand standards, customer experience, finance, marketing, and people management. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for franchise owners, managers, and store teams. Serve as a primary training and onboarding partner for franchisees, providing guidance and support throughout the startup process. Coordinate hands-on operational training and readiness activities within designated training and pilot locations. Evaluate franchisee knowledge and operational competency through assessments, certifications, and field observations. Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation to support operational and audit requirements. Promote food safety, quality standards, and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support franchise growth and successful store openings. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, training, learning and development, retail, food service, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environments. Experience designing and delivering training, onboarding, or learning programs. Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and/or hands-on operational training. Knowledge of operational procedures, customer service, and basic business principles. Experience in supporting franchise systems or multi-unit operations is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong presentation, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust with franchise owners and operational teams. Bilingual in Spanish and English Additional Requirements Ability to travel frequently throughout the Northeast region. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and store opening activities as needed.

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
