Job Description

Assist families with children ages birth to three to access and receive Early Intervention Services. Complete intakes, evaluations and determine eligibility. Provide Early Intervention Services to address identified developmental delays in children from relational, strengths-based approach. Participate in team evaluations and treatment planning. Coordinate community referrals and assist with transition planning when children age our of the program. Maintain effective communication and sensitivity to program deadlines.
