This role qualifies up to $6,500 in tuition reimbursement. Schooling can be in the trades, certifications, two and four year degrees within healthcare, business, energy, and stem fields. Responsibilities Plan and implement dynamic activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and teamwork. Manage classroom or activity spaces effectively, ensuring safety and order through strong behavior management techniques. Provide guidance and support tailored to the individual needs of children. Facilitate sports coaching, arts projects like theater or music, and recreational activities that encourage physical activity and creative expression. Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment. Support children's emotional and behavioral growth through positive reinforcement. Requirements Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare, camp counseling, tutoring, or babysitting is highly desirable. Certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Experience working with students with special needs or in inclusive education settings is a plus. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
