Job Description

Position Overview Reporting directly to the Vice President of Learning & Development, the Corporate Training & Quality Specialist serves as an administrative coordinator and partner in executing and continuously improving Trump Hotels' learning, quality assurance, guest experience, and associate development initiatives. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development function by managing learning systems, coordinating training programs, maintaining training resources and standards documentation, monitoring compliance and performance metrics, and supporting quality assurance and associate engagement initiatives across the portfolio. The Corporate Learning & Quality Specialist collaborates closely with property and corporate leaders to ensure training programs, operational standards, and development resources are consistently implemented and aligned with brand expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and passionate about developing people while enhancing operational excellence and guest satisfaction across a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage reporting and performance tracking for the guest feedback system and provide support for quality assurance tasks & programs. Facilitate the overall program health of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform by monitoring user accounts, learning assignment activity, tracking completions, and generating compliance reports. Coordinate Learning & Development Programs by supporting corporate training initiatives, onboarding programs, leadership development activities, webinars, certifications, and related program communications. Facilitate virtual or in-person training sessions, webinars, workshops, and leadership development programs as needed. Develop & Maintain Learning Resources by creating, updating, organizing, and deploying training materials, guides, presentations, toolkits, learning paths, and digital learning content to support associate and leadership development initiatives. Support Associate Engagement Initiatives through engagement survey administration, reporting, action-planning support, and the maintenance of engagement resources and best-practice tools. Help drive compliance training initiatives by monitoring completion requirements, maintaining training records, and developing compliance training materials as needed. Support Signature Program Adoption by maintaining program resources, coordinating communications, tracking participation, and building related training materials for brand and loyalty programs. Maintain Standards & Documentation by managing operational standards, SOPs, resource libraries, and document revisions in partnership with corporate and property stakeholders. Collaborate with Property & Corporate Leaders to support learning initiatives, operational priorities, organizational development goals, and continuous improvement projects across the portfolio. Perform Additional Duties & Special Projects as assigned in support of departmental and organizational objectives. Requirements/Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resources, hospitality operations, or a related administrative role. Experience in instructional design, training content development, e-learning development, or curriculum design preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Calendar. This full-time, on-site position is based in Las Vegas and requires office presence five (5) days per week. Occasional travel required.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
