- Description and Requirements
- A Retail Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs to field merchandisers to ensure consistent implementation of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and brand representation across designated territories. This role involves conducting hands-on training and providing ongoing support to enhance the performance and productivity of field managers.

- Experience and Qualifications
- + High school diploma/GED required. + Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience is preferred. + Proficient in operating a smartphone and apps, sending/receiving emails, sending/receiving text messages, E-learning platforms. + Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available for occasional weekend work.
- Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- + Have good vision and the ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel. + Be willing and able to work in cold environments conditions. The tasks performed by Premium Reset Teams are very physical and require constant movement and lifting. If you're ready, we're ready. Let's do this.
