Key Responsibilities:
Support the successful delivery of complex websites and web-based applications. Participate in QA testing to validate that business and technical requirements are met. Develop end-user training materials, including user guides, presentations, videos, and reference documentation. Lead user training sessions and product education initiatives for stakeholders and end users. Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure information is current, accessible, and authoritative. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by helping triage user feedback and validating issue resolutions. Collaborate with project teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Training Specialist supporting web-based applications or enterprise systems. Experience creating and delivering end-user training programs and documentation. Experience developing training materials, user guides, presentations, and instructional content. Experience participating in QA testing and validating system functionality against requirements. Experience supporting UAT activities, issue tracking, and feedback management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting government or public-sector projects. Experience with web-based applications, content management systems, and enterprise software solutions. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience creating video-based training content and knowledge management resources.
