Job Description

Job Description A large energy client is seeking Liftra Trainers. These individuals will be responsible for training, qualifying, and supporting technicians who operate LIFTRA equipment. Trainers will deliver hands‑on and classroom‑based training, oversee initial field deployments, and audit crews once mobilized to ensure all procedures and best practices are consistently followed. Additional responsibilities include enforcing client safety standards, supporting teams through first‑time or complex blade lifts, and serving as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for all LIFTRA‑related equipment. The role also requires accurate documentation and reporting of all training sessions, certifications, and field audits, ensuring compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement across projects.
