Data Center Technical Lead /Trainer Support Location:
Columbus, OH Overview We are seeking experienced data center professionals to support a large‑scale workforce development initiative tied to hyperscale data center expansion. This role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on infrastructure experience who have progressed into mentoring or leadership responsibilities . This position combines real‑world data center operations with training and development , helping prepare entry‑level technicians to succeed in live environments. Key Responsibilities Support onboarding and development of entry‑level data center technicians Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance on best practices and safety Assist with server deployments, rack and stack, hardware installs, and troubleshooting Translate technical concepts into clear instruction for newer technicians Support classroom and lab‑based learning environments Prepare training labs, tools, and infrastructure setups Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance tracking Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to improve training delivery Required Qualifications 3-6 years of hands‑on data center or infrastructure experience Experience working in live data center environments Exposure to rack and stack, deployments, and hardware support Experience mentoring, training, or guiding team members Strong communication and ability to present technical concepts Ability to lead by example in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Fiber, low‑voltage, or structured cabling experience Experience in hyperscale environments BICSI or OSHA certifications Bilingual preferred Work Environment 100% onsite in Columbus, OH Classroom, lab, and operational environments Fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting 5 days/week onsiteCompensation & Details Pay:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
