Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary Pleaseapply online: https://franciscan.edu/partnership-development-specialist/ POSITION SUMMARY The PartnershipDevelopment Specialist will establish a partner development program for all graduate programs that need an established partner channel. Thisincludes working the respective sales pipelines to establish partnership agreements and help implement those agreements to drive qualifiedprospective students into the enrollment funnel for those programs. This requires working with each of the program directors to developpartner campaign strategies and lead the sales process along with the implementation efforts to drive students into the graduate enrollmentfunnel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the partner sales pipeline on a daily basis across multiple gradprograms. Make daily calls, emails to contacts for building out the partner network and moving deals through the sales funnel. Coordinate/consult with program directors on progress and next action steps where needed. Regular presentation/review ofpartner sales pipeline. Develop implementation strategy for each partner agreement. Coordinate with Graduate AdmissionsCounselor and Enrollment Services on potential students into the enrollment funnel. Coordinate with Program Directors andEnrollment Marketing on marketing strategy for partner development and implementation. Help negotiate partnership agreements. Assist in graduate program webinars and events. Travel to events and conferences to promote partner development and gradstudent program implementation. This is not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Additional duties, expectations, andresponsibilities may be added or changed as needed to meet the University's needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Mustunderstand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following: Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management concepts

Interpersonal skills:

Project Management Skills:
Effectively implement bothpipeline management and partnership agreements. Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree is desired. Sales experience is desired. Customer service experience is desired. Workplace Factors Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary. Must be able to workeffectively when working remotely.
