Part-Time / Independent Contractor About Us Kingdom FIT is a results-driven fitness facility located in Central Pennsylvania focused on strength training, conditioning, and community. We specialize in group personal training and one-on-one coaching designed to help members achieve real, lasting results. We are not a typical gym—we are building a culture centered around discipline, accountability, and purpose. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and professional Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to growth both personally and professionally. Responsibilities Lead group fitness classes (strength & conditioning) Conduct personal training sessions Provide coaching, correction, and motivation to members Assist with onboarding new clients Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy Uphold Kingdom FIT culture, standards, and brand
Compensation Personal Training:
Commission-based (up to 60%)
Group Classes:
$4-$5 per participant
Online Training:
Up to 75% commission Requirements Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent preferred) Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to lead and manage groups Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow a structured system Preferred Qualifications Experience with strength training and functional fitness Group training experience Passion for fitness and helping others succeed What We Offer Opportunity to grow within a structured system Access to an established client base Supportive team environment Clear path for development and increased earnings Responsibilities Provide outstanding service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate records of activities, transactions, and communications to ensure transparency and accountability Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and promoting a positive team environment Monitor compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Support special projects or initiatives that enhance overall operational performance Experience Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges Familiarity with relevant tools, software, or systems used in operations management is preferred A proactive attitude combined with enthusiasm for continuous learning and development This position is paid and offers an engaging environment where your contributions truly matter.
