Job Description

Company Overview Fleetrock is one of the fastest growing fleet management software companies in the industry. Helping to fuel our growth is an innovative technology platform and customized fleet solutions. Our Customers reduce costs and create efficiencies, and we have seen significant growth as a result. To help support our growth, we are continuing to build out our customer success team. The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with our Customer Success Leadership, to help drive new customer acquisition and support existing Customers. Key Responsibilities Ready to hit the road? This position involves regular regional and national travel to onboard and train new clients on the Fleetrock platform. This role requires frequent travel—via both flight and vehicle—to deliver high-impact, hands-on training directly to customer sites, ensuring they are empowered to maximize our system's potential from day one. This could also include tradeshow and conference travel to help expand our client base. Manage onboarding for new customers. Entering their data in order to create their environment within the Fleetrock platform. Attend virtual meetings and answer emails from customers for support. Proactively scheduling calls to review new software releases and their growth within the system. General Requirements
  • BS in Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, web based platforms, and basic analysis
