About Arc Human Services Arc Human Services is a leading provider supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism across western Pennsylvania. With over 80 residential and community locations, our mission is to empower people of all abilities to live fulfilling, self-directed lives through person-centered care, advocacy, and innovation. Position Summary The Regional Training Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the skills, confidence, and performance of our workforce across assigned regions. This field-based, generalist role is responsible for delivering and reinforcing training, supporting onboarding and orientation, and providing real-time coaching and development to staff and managers. This position emphasizes relationship-building, practical application, and responsiveness, ensuring that training translates into high-quality, person-centered support. The Specialist partners closely with program leadership to identify training needs, address skill gaps, and support compliance with Pennsylvania regulations (6100 and 6400). Regular travel within assigned regions is required.
