Roof Technologies LLC is a fast-growing insurance restoration roofing company based in Colorado. We handle residential and commercial exterior work — roofs, siding, and gutters — and we're building a statewide business development team to drive referral revenue across Colorado. We're hiring two Business Development Managers to own the Denver metro territory.This is a relationship-first role:
you'll be building a network of insurance agencies and property management companies that consistently refer clients to our sales team. When those deals close, you earn. This is not a desk job. You'll be in the field every day, drop-in visiting agencies and property managers, building genuine relationships, and creating a pipeline that grows month over month.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct 8-12 cold drop-in visits per day to insurance agencies and property management companies across your Denver territory Build and maintain a growing referral partner network that consistently sends leads to our sales team Execute a monthly touch cadence on all active partners — calls, visits, lunches, events Log all leads and partner activity in our CRM the same day they happen Hand off qualified leads to our sales reps same day or next day for fast follow-up Represent Roof Technologies LLC professionally at industry events, CE classes, and networking functions Perks Company vehicle Gas card Company credit card Paid for Sporting Events, Meals, Drinks & More!Pay:
