Job Description
Standard Restoration is building its mitigation presence in the Denver market, and we're looking for a relentless, results-driven Business Development Manager who wants to own the market, outwork competitors, and play a direct role in building a high-growth mitigation branch. What You'll Be Expected to Do Aggressively build referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, and key industry partners Be in the field daily—supply houses, job sites, lunches, networking events, and face-to-face meetings Consistently prospect, follow up, and convert new referral sources Represent Standard Restoration with confidence and professionalism at industry events Execute outreach campaigns and track performance metrics in our CRM Work closely with operations to directly drive growth of the Denver mitigation branch Who Will Succeed in This Role 2+ years of proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-driven roles Highly competitive with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability Comfortable with rejection, cold outreach, and persistent follow-up Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on results—not excuses Restoration, construction, insurance, or trade-related experience is a strong plus What You Get Competitive base salary + commission A real opportunity to build a market and advance into leadership High visibility with leadership—your results will be noticed A performance-driven culture that rewards effort and execution
