Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging instructional sessions on RCFE administration, including legal compliance, staff management, resident care standards, and operational best practices Facilitate online and in-person training sessions Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and practical demonstrations Stay current with evolving state laws, regulations, and industry standards related to elder care facility management Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and training outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with industry professionals and regulatory agencies to enhance curriculum relevance and effectiveness Experience Requirements

MUST HAVE ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING RCFE ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATE
