• Contract Diamond Training Services, LLC is seeking experienced Contract Industrial Safety Trainers to support growing demand for industrial safety and equipment operator training programs throughout the United States.

This position is ideal for safety professionals, operations supervisors, maintenance managers, OSHA Outreach Trainers, military instructors, and experienced industrial personnel who have successfully trained employees or overseen workforce development programs. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with assignments scheduled based on client demand and trainer availability. The position could lead in the future to regular employee status with the acceptance of the company and the individual trainer. RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver classroom and hands-on industrial safety training programs. Conduct operator evaluations and practical assessments. Complete training documentation, reports, and evaluation forms. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Diamond Training Services positively at customer locations. Follow company training materials, procedures, and instructional standards. Travel to customer locations as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum five (3) years of industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, construction, maintenance, safety, or related operational experience. Experience training employees, conducting safety meetings, onboarding personnel, mentoring employees, or managing workforce training activities. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to effectively instruct adult learners in both classroom and practical environments. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight when required. (travel expenses and mileage is reimbursed at the standard federal rates). Professional appearance is critical-you will be conducting industrial safety training on site at a private and/or public organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OSHA

Outreach Trainer

• General Industry (OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour) OSHA Outreach Trainer
• Construction (OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour) Experience delivering OSHA Outreach Training programs.

Experience training operators of forklifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, hoists, or rigging equipment. Safety Management, EHS, Operations Management, Military Instruction, or Technical Training experience. Previous Train-the-Trainer instructional experience.
