Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive New Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our client base across diverse markets. In this energetic role, you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and develop strategic plans to secure new accounts. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your excellent communication skills and market analysis abilities, will be key to unlocking new revenue streams and establishing our presence in competitive environments. Duties Identify and target potential clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to secure new business partnerships Conduct retail sales presentations to showcase product or service benefits effectively Maintain detailed sales administration records, including follow-ups, contracts, and client information Analyze market trends and customer needs to craft strategic approaches for business growth Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that attract new customers Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse client bases when applicable Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in multiple languages if applicable (bilingual/multilingual) Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM software for tracking prospects and activities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach initiatives Experience in benefits administration or HIPAA compliance is a plus for healthcare-related sectors Skilled in telemarketing techniques for lead generation and follow-up efforts Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Join us as a New Business Development Professional and become a vital part of our growth story!
