LATAM Sales Training Specialist (Contract) We're seeking a bilingual LATAM Sales Training Specialist to deliver high-impact enablement programs that elevate Acquisition sales teams across Latin America. This fully remote, 3?month contract role (open to U.S. East Coast candidates) offers $63.30-$86.00/hour and focuses on designing and facilitating engaging training across consultative selling, product knowledge, and sales tools. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, performance, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of sales training or enablement experience, strong facilitation skills, and professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to deliver training primarily in Spanish. Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate 200-level sales training programs for LATAM Acquisition teams Deliver instructor-led trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours Teach consultative and solution-based selling methodologies Train teams on tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, WhatsApp Business, and Slack Support onboarding and continuous development programs Facilitate product and marketing training to strengthen messaging and positioning Partner cross-functionally to align training initiatives with business goals Track participation, gather feedback, and improve learning experiences Support change management and reinforce learning through ongoing coaching Leverage Google Suite, Asana, and AI-powered tools to manage enablement programs ? Qualifications 5+ years in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development Experience supporting Acquisition sales teams in fast-paced environments Strong background in consultative sales training and skills development Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and sales engagement tools Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting product and marketing training initiatives Strong organizational and project management abilities Comfortable adopting new tools and technologies quickly Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (preferred) Former sales experience (highly preferred) ????? Required Skills Professional fluency in English and bilingual/native fluency in Spanish Ability to facilitate training primarily in Spanish Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Experience working in collaborative environments using Slack ????
