Senior Health & Wellness Mentor | Remote At Evolve Your Dream we are expanding our global team and seeking experienced professionals with a background in coaching, mentoring, leadership, health & wellness, or executive-level roles who are looking for a flexible remote opportunity within the personal development industry. This opportunity is best suited to individuals with 5+ years of professional experience who are confident working independently while collaborating within a professional team environment. About the Role This is a self-directed, remote opportunity focused on personal growth, leadership, and mentoring within the personal development sector. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment, using proven systems, digital tools, and ongoing training to support business growth and professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting professional online interviews and conversations
- Mentoring and supporting individuals through personal growth initiatives
- Participating in weekly training and leadership development sessions
- Working collaboratively with a remote global team
- Applying strong communication and organisational skills in a digital environment What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years' profesional experience
- Background in coaching, mentoring, leadership, wellness, consulting, education, or executive roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team

- Comfortable using online platforms and remote communication tools
