Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Deliver module-specific training materials (trainer guide, user guide, and How-Tos) based on information provided by Curriculum Developers and Subject Matter Experts. Learn multiple module-based training curricula via train-the-trainer system and deliver module-based training onsite in a classroom environment.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in an adult learning classroom setting training environment, preferably in technology or software training. Able and willing to deliver onsite training throughout the state of New Mexico, as needed. Microsoft PowerPoint experience and experience incorporating Microsoft Word docs for how-to guides. Demonstrated experience in various learning styles and participatory methods. Experience in adult learning theory and practice. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to lead / facilitate meetings, provide demos for training. Any knowledge of working in M365 (Microsoft 365) and SharePoint for document hosting (helpful).
