Designs and delivers technical learning programs that build skills aligned to Tech ways of working and product/engineering needs. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develops curricula, pathways, and materials; aligns content to releases and competencies. Facilitates training, coaching, and e learning; measures outcomes and iterates. Partners with SMEs, Change Management, and HR to scale adoption and track progression. Maintains learning platforms and content quality standards. May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience. 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, or Tech enablement with strong facilitation and content development skills. Technology related learning design and facilitation experience required Experience administering L&D platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.

Salary Range:

$75,040-$112,560

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range:

$86,320-$129,480 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
