Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed? Join a collaborative, supportive team where your expertise in training, communication, and quality improvement will have a direct impact on how work is performed across the department. What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you'll design, coordinate, and deliver training that equips employees with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. You'll work closely with department leadership and internal partners to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and delivered in the most effective way for your audience. To keep training practical and meaningful, you'll stay closely connected to the day-to-day work of the division—periodically performing related tasks to maintain firsthand knowledge and credibility. You'll also play a key role in quality control efforts, evaluating outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and refining training to ensure it drives measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging training in a variety of formats Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance Maintain working knowledge of division operations by performing related tasks Evaluate training effectiveness and support quality control initiatives Continuously improve materials and methods to achieve desired outcomes What Helps You Succeed Strong presentation and public speaking skills Ability to translate complex work processes into clear, practical training Comfort working with technology and learning tools Analytical mindset to evaluate outcomes and improve results Collaborative approach and attention to detail Minimum qualifications: Associates degree in a relevant field with at least five (5) years of progressive experience; -OR- any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role Experience creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth Demonstrated understanding of learning styles and how they can be applied to training delivery and/or design Proficient in MS Office suite Ability to travel within the state; valid driver's license and maintenance of a good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) years of experience as a subject matter expert Bachelor's degree Experience designing, developing, and delivering training tailored to adult learners with diverse learning styles Experience building and developing teams Experience managing teams through formal change or project management principals
Salary :
Begins at $67,787 if annualized with excellent benefits.

Hybrid schedule available after probationary period. Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm 40 hours per week/ 80 hours per pay period
