Job Description

Training & Development Specialist ? Westborough, MA (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite) ? $30-45/hour ? Contract Assignment | Several Months ? Immediate Need A large and collaborative Admin & Finance team is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to support the creation and delivery of training programs related to financial systems, procurement, travel & expense, budgeting tools, and compliance procedures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys instructional design, training facilitation, video content creation, and helping end users navigate new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. The team is specifically seeking candidates who have hands-on experience developing training content and instructional videos. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate this experience as part of the interview process. Key Responsibilities Create and deliver training programs focused on financial, procurement, travel, budget, and administrative systems and procedures Develop engaging training materials including instructional videos, asynchronous learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and presentations Provide hands-on systems training for ERP platforms, procurement tools, travel & expense systems, and budgeting software Support new technology and process rollouts through training development and user education Partner with subject matter experts to create specialized learning content Maintain and improve LMS-based training materials and e-learning content Track training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve programs Ensure training materials align with accessibility standards, including Title II accessibility requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, education, change management, communications, or related fields Strong experience creating training content, including video-based and asynchronous learning materials Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools such as Camtasia, Articulate360, or similar Strong facilitation and communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and SMEs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of financial, procurement, travel, or ERP systems strongly preferred Additional Details Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite in Westborough, MA Several-month contract assignment with immediate start Flexible compensation based on experience Candidates must be able to showcase prior training/video content development experience during interviews #TNG123
